Patti LaBelle wore this flowered dress to the World Music Awards on November 4th. The legendary songtress was given the Legend Award for outstanding contribution to R&B music. Patti LaBelle is truly a legend;however,lately i have been questioning her style acumen. Doesn't Ms.Patti look like a real life layered wedding cake?
